<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inner conductor for a coaxial waveguide transducer which reduces the manufacturing cost of a probe, eliminates the need of an attachment process of the probe, and improves the flexibility of the layout of the probe, a coaxial cable, and the like. <P>SOLUTION: An inner conductor 21 of a coaxial waveguide transducer includes: a transmission part 32 and a probe 33. The transmission part 32 is a plate like portion integrally formed with the probe 33 and transmits electromagnetic waves flowing through a coaxial cable to the probe 33. The probe 33 changes the electromagnetic waves transmitted from the transmission part 32 from the coaxial mode to the waveguide mode.
