The apparatus includes a circuit board including a feeder point and a ground, an antenna element connected to the feeder point, and a wiring element including a first end portion and a second end portion different from the first end portion, the first end portion being connected to one of the feeder point and the antenna element, the second end portion being connected to the ground, wherein the antenna element has a length of λ/4, and the wiring element has a length of 3λ/4.
