An apparatus that can determine the accurate location of a radioactive substance and whether there is a leak of a radioactive substance is necessary in an apparatus for synthesis of radioactive compounds. According to the present invention, which is to solve such technical problems, an apparatus for synthesis of radioactive compounds comprises: a synthesizing unit for synthesizing a radioactive compound for positron emission tomography by reacting a radioactive isotope and glucose; a frame, made of radiation-shielding material, having a plurality of concave grooves; and radiation sensors, disposed in the interior of the plurality of concave grooves, for sensing the radiation emitted by the synthesizing unit. |
