A solar power generation and a temperature-changing unit are provided to store electric charges in a battery by generating solar energy. A solar power generation and a temperature-changing unit(10) include a pair of boxes of a solar cell(14) and a temperature-changing unit, and a generation and temperature-changing unit for connecting the solar cell and the temperature-changing unit in the boxes. The temperature of the box is changed by using a solar cell generation method. The temperature-changing unit comes in contact with a body. A parallel charge device(18) is connected to the solar cell of the box. The temperature-changing unit comes in contact with the boxes. The temperature-changing unit is included in the box. The solar cell is formed to generate electric power by using a solar energy device. |
