<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an effervescent beverage containing grain degradation products that forms a creamy, long-lasting and highly appetizing foam with a new refreshing texture in drinking, and a dispensing method and dispenser for the effervescent beverage. <P>SOLUTION: In a refrigerated beverage dispensing device A, the effervescent beverage dispensed from a beer keg 1 and cooled in a cooling tank 9 equipped with a cooler 7 is poured from a spout 25 into a mug a12. In a foam dispensing device B, a cooling tank 10 equipped with a cooling and agitating chamber 14 composed of agitating blades 15 is installed, and also a means communicating with a nitrogen gas cylinder 23 is provided. The effervescent beverage is subjected to cooling/agitating treatment and cooling/agitating/outside gas entrainment treatment to form frozen foam (frozen head), and the frozen head is supplied as a foam component from the foam spout 28 of the foam dispensing device into a mug b13 storing the effervescent beverage poured into a reservoir by the refrigerated beverage dispensing device. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
