<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin internal illumination type display plate which emphasizes a three-dimensional pattern part formed on a display panel with modulated brightness, is capable of uniformly illuminating a normal print part with even brightness, and is excellent in decorativeness and beautiful. <P>SOLUTION: The internal illumination type display plate includes: a display panel 4 which is light-transmissive and has a three-dimensional raised pattern formed thereon; and a backlight 8 for illuminating the display panel 4 from its rear side. A light guide plate 6 comprising a transparent member and an LED light source 7 disposed on an end surface of the light guide plate 6 are provided as illuminating means, and the light guide plate comprises a light non-emitting area 10 occupying most of the area and a light emitting area 9 scattered within the light non-emitting area, and the light non-emitting area has such a spread that a virtual circle having a diameter equal to or greater than 5 mm and equal to or less than 30 mm can be disposed in the light non-emitting area. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
