<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sharply increase reliability. <P>SOLUTION: A bill pool part 20 is configured such that a bill collision surface 27 with which the top ends of bills BL discharged by an integration roller 22 are made to collide, is formed with a plurality of notch grooves 50 engraved so as to be vertically aligned along the width direction of the bills BL orthogonal to the discharging direction of the bills BL with different sizes for supporting the top ends of the bills BL. Also, the bill pool part 20 is configured such that the bills BL suspended so as to be supported by the notch grooves 50 are knocked down by a tongue piece 28, and stored in a bill pool 24.
