<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain a variation in a sensor signal of a rotation detector 1 from becoming smaller. <P>SOLUTION: A spur gear 10 rotates and thus a resistance value of a TMR 10a becomes larger than a resistance value of a TMR 10b, a first current I<SB POS="POST">1</SB>becomes smaller than a second current I<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, a transistor Tr2 decreases the second current I<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, the resistance value of the TMR 10b becomes smaller than the resistance value of the TMR 10a, a potential of a drain terminal of a transistor Tr4 is lowered and an on-resistance of a transistor Tr5 is lowered, and an output signal level of a common connection terminal 53 is lowered. The resistance value of the TMR 10a becomes smaller than the resistance value of the TMR 10b, the first current I<SB POS="POST">1</SB>becomes larger than the second current I<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, the transistor Tr2 increases the second current I<SB POS="POST">2</SB>, the resistance value of the TMR 10b becomes larger than the resistance value of the TMR 10a, the potential of the drain terminal of the transistor Tr4 rises and the on-resistance of the transistor Tr5 rises, and the output signal level of the common connection terminal 53 rises. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
