The invention relates to mechanical engineering and can be used in assemblies in which high-speed rolling bearings are used, in particular in planetary mills, planetary reduction gears and planetary transmissions. The proposed bearing unit design comprises at least two rolling bearings, a stationary supporting, centering surface and a toothed spacer ring which has an elongated cylindrical portion that extends beyond the limits of the bearings and also nests in the form of a crown for the rolling bodies, said nests being provided on both sides of the cylindrical portion of the spacer ring. The stationary supporting, centering surface of the spacer ring is provided with channels for supplying oil to the latter. Between adjacent bearings in the unit, the elongated cylindrical portion of the spacer ring may be comprised of two parts which are capable of sliding relative to one another. The invention makes it possible to increase the reliability and durability of bearing units consisting of at least two bearings, including bearings of different types and sizes, which operate at high speeds and are subject to significant centrifugal loads hundreds of times greater than gravitational acceleration. |
