摘要 <p>An energy-saving output structure capable of preventing a battery from being installed reversely comprises a luminous module, a metal cylinder, a battery, a rear cover switch component, and a spacer for preventing the battery from being installed reversely. The positive pole of the battery directly presses against a PCB below the luminous module and conducts power through contact. The electric power is transmitted to an LED luminous body through a wire welded on the PCB and then transmitted back to the PCB. The metal cylinder is internally provided with an upper ring disc and a lower ring disc. The spacer for preventing the battery from being installed reversely is arranged on the lower ring disc. The PCB is arranged on the upper ring disc. A lamp holder of the luminous module is screwed with the metal cylinder. The end portion of the lamp holder abuts against the PCB. Thereby, the PCB is directly pressed on the upper ring disc of the metal cylinder and conducts power through contact. The structure has the following advantages. Firstly, the battery is in direct contact with contacts on the PCB to conduct power, and the electric power is transmitted by the wire on the PCB to the LED luminous body and then transmitted back to the circuit board, so that the number of welding points is small, the contact internal resistance is stable, and the working efficiency is high. Secondly, due to the arrangement of the spacer for preventing the battery from being installed reversely, when the battery is reversely installed, no output is generated by the battery, thereby avoiding the risks of damages to a drive circuit of a product or battery explosion caused by heat generation of the battery at a high temperature.</p>
