SILICON SOLAR CELL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
摘要
PURPOSE: A silicon solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce a refractive index in comparison with an antireflection layer of a thin film structure by applying zinc oxide of a nanorod structure with an air gap to an antireflection layer of a silicon solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A light absorption layer(210) includes silicon doped with a P type or N type. An emitter layer(220) includes silicon with opposite conductive type to the light absorption layer. A first electrode(230) is formed on the lower side of the light absorption layer. A second electrode is formed on a part of the emitter layer. An antireflection layer(250) includes a fine structure(221) of a microsize and an ultra fine structure(251) of a nanosize.
