PURPOSE: A pre-treating apparatus for painting a vessel is provided to improve the uniformity of the pre-treated surface of the vessel and to improve the operational speed of a pre-treating process for painting the vessel. CONSTITUTION: A pre-treating apparatus for painting a vessel includes a fixing part(100), a grinding head part(300), and a head operating part(200). The fixing part is separably combined with a loading part. The grinding head part is installed to linearly move a grinding material. The grinding head part includes a base plate, a linearly moving unit, and a grinding material holder. The linearly moving unit is installed at the base plate. The grinding material holder is combined with the linearly moving unit. The grinding material holder is arranged at one side of the base plate. The grinding material is replaceably fixed to the grinding material holder. The head operating part connects the fixed part and the grinding head part. The head operating part adjusts the position and the angle of the grinding head part to grind the outer surface of the vessel. |
