PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of aqueous polyurethane dispersant is provided to have excellent tensile strength, flexural strength, and shock resistance, and not to be easily yellowed by heat, without a solvent-removing process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an aqueous polyurethane dispersant comprises: a step of reacting organic polyisocyanate containing a polyol, a compound including OH-containing hydrophilic non-ionic group, a monofunctional blocking compound, and bi or more functional isocyanate groups; a step of dispersing the mixture in other tank containing water by an inline mixer; a step of chain extension by reacting with the bi or more functional isocyanate groups by adding a compound having a poly amine group containing sulfonated, and a solution, in which a compound containing bi or more functional hydroxyl group or amine group is dissolved. |
