PURPOSE: A separator for loading metallic products is provided to accurately maintain the horizontal balance of the metallic products by enabling workers to separate a node unit through applying power using a separation line on the surface of a rod portion. CONSTITUTION: A separator for loading metallic products includes a square wooden rod portion(5), Manila paper(6), and an adhesive. The square wooden rod portion is formed by connecting artificial square wooden rod pieces in a line, and the Manila paper with the adhesive spread in the inside is attached to the rod portion by wrapping. Separating lines(8) corresponding to each node unit for each rod pieces are formed on the Manila paper around the rod portion for workers to separate the node units. The basis weight of the Manila paper is 300-500g/m^2. The separating lines are formed into cut-out lines which is half-cut into the paper. A curved line(12) with the half-cut cut-out lines are formed on each corner of the Manila paper surrounding the rod portion. |
