A herbal extract which contains and concentrates, totally or partially, all the naturally present phytochemicals, as is present in the plants natural state. The herbal extract according may be obtained from the combination of Supercritical Fluid Extraction and/or one, multiple or successive solvent extraction processes. The final extract may be in a dry powder form, a liquid form or in an oily quasi-solid paste form. The final extract can be utilized as a natural therapeutic herbal medicine, pharmaceutical, food and dietary supplement, fortified food or cosmetic ingredient. The final extract may be standardized with organic, inorganic and/or micronized homogenous powdered plant. |
