<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective agent block that contains metal soap and boron nitride, and supplies the metal soap and the boron nitride uniformly to a photoreceptor irrespective of the thickness of the protective agent block. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a protective agent block includes: a particulate step for applying pressure with a pressure roller 1 to a mixture P<SB POS="POST">m</SB>containing at least powder of metal soap and powder of boron nitride, and obtaining protective agent particles g<SB POS="POST">m</SB>containing metal soap and boron nitride having the average particle diameter of 30 to 300 μm as main components; and a compression molding step for fabricating the protective agent particles g<SB POS="POST">m</SB>into a protective agent block by compression molding. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
