<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shield insulation paving material excellent in heat shield property and heat insulating property and a construction method for the same. <P>SOLUTION: The surface of a substrate layer 2 constructing a heat shield insulation paving material 1 is coated by a number of ceramic-based or glass-based balloon particles 11 having a specific gravity of less than 1 coated by a water soluble resin heat shield binder 12, and a kneaded aqueous solution 10 containing a number of balloon particle/heat shield pigment conjugates 16 in which the ceramic-based or glass-based balloon particles 11 having a specific gravity of less than 1 is bonded to a heat shield pigment 13 having a specific gravity of more than 1 by using the water soluble resin heat shield binder 12 as binder. Then, the above-described coating materials are dried to form a heat shield insulation film layer 3. The kneaded aqueous solution 10 is obtained by kneading water 14 and the water soluble resin heat shield binder 12 to the ceramic-based or glass-based balloon particles 11 having a specific gravity of less than 1 to acquire a primary kneaded matter 15 and kneading the heat shield pigment 13 having a specific gravity of more than 1 to the acquired kneaded matter 15. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
