<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filament reinforced composite resin molded article having high elasticity, high toughness and excellent surface smoothness, and to provide a resin composition for obtaining the filament reinforced composite resin molded article. <P>SOLUTION: In a filament reinforced composite resin composition comprising an olefin-based resin, carbon fibers and organic filaments, relative to the whole of the composite resin composition, the content of the carbon fibers is 5-15 mass%, the content of the organic filaments is 5-8 mass%, and the sum of the content of the carbon fibers and the content of the organic filaments is 10-20 mass%.
