<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gun type skyrocket ignition device, capable of providing a high intimidating effect in use of a skyrocket as a countermeasure to bird and animal damages, in which the skyrocket can be safely and surely ignited while keeping the eyes on a prey after charging, and discharged while accurately aiming at the prey. <P>SOLUTION: The gun type skyrocket ignition device includes: a shaft support that is a cylindrical body to which a bamboo thin stick portion of the skyrocket can be inserted; an ignition chamber for preventing an effect of wind or the like in ignition of a fuse of the skyrocket installed in the shaft support; an ignition portion having a mechanism to ignite the fuse led into the ignition chamber within the ignition chamber; and a grip allowing support of a body by a hand. The ignition chamber has a ventilation hole provided near the ignition portion to promote ventilation in the ignition chamber, and an exhaust port disposed in an upper portion of the body in an opening shape. The ignition chamber further includes a slope for guiding the jet flame of the skyrocket to the exhaust port, and the exhaust port has a movable lid and flame-preventive plate which guides the jet flame further upward. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
