<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive movement reference point photogrammetry apparatus and method capable of performing continuous photogrammetry over a wide range. <P>SOLUTION: A movement reference point photogrammetry apparatus comprises three or more movement reference points 2 moving with respect to a target, two or more cameras 3 which move with respect to the target and photograph the target together with the movement reference points 2, and position measuring means 4 which measures absolute coordinates of the movement reference points 2. By continuously photographing while moving the cameras 3, photogrammetry can be performed over a wide range. It is not necessary to install the reference point in the target and expensive measuring equipment such as IMU. Therefore, measurement costs can be reduced.
