<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the use of a large housing although a vent hole is included in the same housing formed by insert molding performed twice. <P>SOLUTION: In a connector C, a hollow fitting part 21 making an end parts 13A and 13B of each of a plurality of terminal fittings 10 front to the inside thereof is provided in a housing 20 to which the terminal fittings 10 are mounted, the fitting part 21 is mounted to a mounting hole opened in a case or the like of an apparatus in a sealed state, and a vent hole 35 reaching the outer face of the housing 20 from the inner face of the fitting part 21 is provided. The housing 20 is constituted by a primary molding 41 formed by primary insert molding using the terminal fitting 10 as a core and a secondary molding 55 formed by secondary insert molding using the primary molding 41 embedded with the terminal fitting 10 as a core 40, and divided grooves 51 and 57 are formed on boundary surfaces 50 and 56 of the primary molding 41 and the secondary molding 55 in order to form the vent hole 35 by putting them together. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
