PURPOSE: A health supplement composition is provided to improve blood circulation, to reinforce vigor and to prevent osteoporosis. CONSTITUTION: A health supplement composition comprises shell calcium 11-15wt%, fermented powder of plant mixture 18-22wt%, glucosamine hydrochloride 23-27wt%, willow bark extraction powder 9-13wt%, green-lipped mussel powder 3-7wt%, Achyranthes root extract powder 8-12wt%, shark cartilage powder 2-4wt%, Polygonum root 7-9wt, dried rehmannia root 2-4wt% and pine needle powder 1.5-2.5wt%. Achyranthes root extract powder comprises Achyranthes root extract 30% and dextrine 70%.
