<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine capable of easily determining fraudulence. <P>SOLUTION: A fraudulence detecting device 84 is configured to change the state into an oscillation detected state and into an oscillation undetected state. The fraudulence detecting device 84 includes: a detection sensor unit 85 whose state is changed by radio waves from the oscillation undetected state to the oscillation detected state; and a metal ball 86 for detection to retain the detection sensor unit 85 in the oscillation undetected state. The detection sensor unit 85 and the metal ball 86 for detection are stored and held in a case body 51 in which a first starting ball detection sensor 53 is disposed.
