<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an authentication controller and an authentication control program that, in a multifunction machine, allow efficient processing to be executed while maintaining higher security. <P>SOLUTION: In an authentication controller, there are connected through a network N a client terminal 10, a print server 20, a management server 30, multifunction machines 40, and control terminals 50 corresponding to the respective multifunction machines 40. In an authentication data storage unit of the control terminals 50, data on a user identifier, an available function identifier, and a card identifier of a user are stored in association with one another as authentication data. The control terminal 50 acquires, through a card reader device 55, card identifier data from an information storage medium of a multi-purpose common card technique system which is mounted on a mobile phone etc. of a user or is a commuter pass etc., and then specifies the user on the basis of the authentication data and generates operation screen data for operating multifunction machine's functions corresponding to the available function identifier of the user. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
