摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection apparatus capable of achieving a high injection speed and an injection pressure, which cannot be achieved by a single drive means. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of sets of actuation mechanisms comprising actuation cylinders 23, 24 supplying hydraulic oil to an injection cylinder 16 and servo motors M1, M2 driving pistons 23p, 24p of the actuation cylinders 23, 24 are connected to the injection cylinder 16. In a low-speed step and a high-speed step of injecting a molding material, the hydraulic oil is supplied to a head-side chamber 16h of the injection cylinder 16 by an advancing operation of the piston 23p of each actuation cylinder 23 by servo control. In a pressure-increasing step, the hydraulic oil is supplied to the head-side chamber 16h of the injection cylinder 16 by an advancing operation of the piston 24p of the actuation cylinder 24 by servo control. By being provided with the plurality of sets of actuation mechanisms, speed and pressure of the injection cylinder 16 can be increased without requiring high performance of the servo motors M1, M2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
