<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brushless motor which can reduce the use amount of a permanent magnet used for a rotor. <P>SOLUTION: A shaft 50 is rotatably installed on a radial inner side of a stator 30. In an inner core 60 fixed to a radial outer side of the shaft 50, a plurality of projections 61 projecting in the radial outer direction and a plurality of recesses 62 recessed in the radial inner direction are arranged alternately in the rotating direction. A permanent magnet 70 integrally includes: a plurality of magnetic pole regions 71 disposed on the radial outer sides of the recesses 62 of the inner core 60, respectively; and a plurality of connection regions 72 disposed on the radial outer sides of the projections 61 of the inner core 60, respectively. Different types of magnetic poles are magnetized in the respective magnetic pole regions 71 adjacent to each other in the rotating direction with the connection region 72 sandwiched therebetween. A central portion in the peripheral direction of the magnetic pole region 71 of the permanent magnet 70 projects in the radial inner direction. Due to this configuration, the central portion of each of the magnetic pole regions 71 of the permanent magnet 70 where the magnetic pole is formed is thick, and a portion away from the central portion is thin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
