<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable connection between an IC tag and an external circuit with a simple configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An IC tag comprises: a coil antenna part 20 disposed on a surface of a substrate made of a dielectric; a communication circuit chip 12 connected to one end and the other end of the coil antenna part 20 on the substrate surface; and external circuit connection parts 31, 32. The external circuit connection parts 31, 32 are connected to a vicinity of the one end and the other end of the coil antenna part 20 and a front surface or a rear surface of the substrate, in which a conductive part having a predetermined area opposes to another conductive part having a predetermined area on an opposed surface at an opposite side of the substrate.
