INTESTINE-HYDRATING AND LAXATIVE DRINK AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

An intestine-hydrating and laxative drink prepared using semen raphani, fructus cannabis, semen pruni humilis, and water soluble dietary fiber, and a preparation method for the drink. Animal and human trials have shown great intestine-hydrating and laxative effects. Various health effects such as improvements in dry and hard stools, in defecation difficulties, in abdominal distention and abdominal pain are provided, suitable for drink by different groups suffering from constipation.
