PURPOSE: A wireless communication method implementing hand-off in a wireless local area network and a device thereof are provided to perform wireless communication during conversion from a wireless link of access point(AP) to a wireless link of other access point. CONSTITUTION: A transceiver in a wireless transmitting/receiving unit receives a conversion request message from a first AP by using a first communication parameter set. A processor in the wireless transmitting/receiving unit is connected to be operated with the transceiver. It is determined whether or not the processor is converted into a second AP based on the conversion request message.
