<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest of a vehicular seat, which can establish compatibility between diversification of an outer shape design of the headrest and safety thereof without being attended with complication of a configuration and a decrease in rigidity of a stay. <P>SOLUTION: In the headrest of the vehicular seat, the stay is arranged by being partially inserted into a skin 1 formed as a bag body, and a foam liquid injected into the skin is hardened and foamed integrally with the skin to be formed into a pad body 2. The skin 1 is configured as the bag body which is formed by seaming and coupling a plurality of skin pieces 1a and 1a each having an unbreathable film 4 integrally provided on the back surface; the stay is provided with a pair of right and left linear shanks 3c which are attached to the top of a seat back; a bent corner part 3d with an approximately doglegged side surface, which is bent forward, is provided at its upper end which is arranged by being inserted into the skin 1; and seamed parts 5 among the skin pieces 1a and 1a elongated in the horizontal direction of the headrest are aligned in an outer-side position near the bent corner part 3d of the stay. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
