<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet that is improved in terms of decrease in sharpness of the design due to cloudiness, and has an excellent design feeling and an excellent contamination resistance, and to provide a decorative plate that uses this decorative sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has: a low glossy design ink layer that is provided at least partially on a base material; and a surface protection layer that exists on the low glossy design ink layer and contacts this, and also covers all areas containing the area where the low glossy design ink layer is formed and the area where the low glossy design ink layer is not formed. In the decorative sheet, the low gloss design ink that forms the low gloss design ink layer contains the silica microparticle whose oil absorption (conform to JIS K 5101-13-1:2004) is 150 ml/100 g or less, and the surface protection layer is provided by crosslinking curing of the ionizing radiation-curable resin composition, and a concave part area that is visually recognized as a concave part is formed directly above and the neighborhood on the low gloss design ink layer in the surface protection layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
