<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce current variations at turn-on and turn-off switching due to characteristic differences of a plurality of semiconductor elements driven in parallel. <P>SOLUTION: A voltage converter 14 converts the emitter sense current of each IGBT 13-1 to 13-3 to a voltage signal. Computing elements such as an average computing element 17 and an error computing element 18 determine an average of voltage signals corresponding to the IGBTs 13-1 to 13-3 output from an LPF 15, and compute the error of each voltage signal from the average. A PWM waveform generation section 11 outputs a driving signal (pulse signal) for driving each of the IGBTs 13-1 to 13-3. Driving signals in a differential amplifier 12 are adjusted on the basis of the errors corresponding to the IGBTs 13-1 to 13-3 before being supplied to their respective IGBTs 13-1 to 13-3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
