<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working vehicle that can alleviate a burden of setting a shift stage. <P>SOLUTION: The working vehicle includes: a speed-change lever 171, by which a specific speed-change position can manually be selected and set among speed-change positions of a transmission device by which speed can be changed to a plurality of speed-change positions including speed-change positions in a work travel mode and a road travel mode; a linear guide groove 173, by which a speed-change stage can be selected and set by manually sliding the speed-change lever 171; and a control device 100, which automatically switches and controls the transmission device to the speed-change stage corresponding to a linear slide operation amount of the speed-change lever 171.
