<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold handling method using a mold conveying hand cart capable of efficiently and safely handling a mold with small operation force. <P>SOLUTION: When a mold is conveyed in a space from a mold storage place to a mold mounting place, a mold conveying hand cart 1 may be moved with small force by using assist force by an electric assist mechanism 5 (ST2). When the mold conveying hand cart 1 is positioned relative to the mold mounting place, the mold conveying hand cart 1 is turned into an air floating state (ST4). Since the mold conveying hand cart may be easily moved finely in each of the directions such as fore and aft and right and left directions with small force, the positioning work is efficiently performed (ST5). Since compressed air for air floating is externally supplied (ST3), there is no need for mounting a compressor on the mold conveying hand cart 1, and the cart weight and the cart manufacturing costs and the like are thereby reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
