<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a duct-integrated floor raising material capable of being efficiently manufactured while maintaining the performance of duct sound insulation and gas permeability or quality, and securing favorable moldability. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the duct-integrated floor raising material has: a stage of forming a second sealed space corresponding to a large hollow section 18, a first sealed space corresponding to a small hollow part communicating with a third sealed space corresponding to a duct 22 in a recess, and a disposal bag 118; a stage of forming the large hollow section, the duct and further the small hollow part through the communication passage by sticking the outer surface of the portion of the tubular parison corresponding to the second sealed space and the disposal bag, respectively, with a blow pin 126, blowing a pressurizing fluid to expand the molten tubular parison and pushing it to the surface of the cavity of the corresponding separate mold to shape the tubular parison; and a stage of cutting off the disposal bag to form an intake port or a discharge port in the duct. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
