<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a duct-integrated floor raising material capable of being efficiently manufactured while maintaining the performance or the quality of a duct and securing light weight. <P>SOLUTION: In the hollow double-wall structure, a height between the upper surface wall and the reverse surface wall is used for raising a floor. The method of manufacturing the duct-integrated floor raising material has: a stage of forming a first sealed space corresponding to a hollow section 18 and a disposal bag 118 on the upper surface wall; a stage of manufacturing the hollow section 18 and the duct 22 by sticking the first sealed space and the outer surface of a tubular parison P corresponding to the disposal bag 118 with a blow pin 126, blowing a pressurizing fluid to expand the molten tubular parison and pushing it to the surface of the cavity of a corresponding separate mold to shape the tubular parison P; and a stage of cutting off the disposal bag 118 to form an intake port or a discharge port in the duct 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
