<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which does not need to use a hydrophilic polymer and can produce a hydrophilic vinyl chloride-based porous membrane. <P>SOLUTION: The vinyl chloride-based porous membrane which is produced by using the vinyl chloride-based polymer as a membrane-forming polymer is immersed into a sodium hydroxide solution whose density is 2 mass%, the membrane is immersed into water whose temperature is 20°C for one hour and rinsed after being heated at 55°C for two hours and subjected to alkali treatment, the obtained porous membrane is immersed into a sodium hypochlorite aqueous solution whose density is 1 mass%, the membrane is immersed into water whose temperature is 20°C for one hour and rinsed after being heated at 40°C for four hours and subjected to oxidant treatment after being statically left at room temperature (22°C ) for twelve hours, the rinsed porous membrane is dried at the room temperature, and thus the hydrophilic vinyl chloride-based porous membrane can be obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
