<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy and energy-saving cooling method, and to provide cooling technology which is highly flexible and can sufficiently cope even with cooling of a wide area. <P>SOLUTION: The excellent, resource-saving, and energy-saving cooling method uses this sheet having a structure wherein waterproof moisture-permeable films surround a water chamber.
