<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vending machine capable of improving heat insulation performance and airtightness performance. <P>SOLUTION: A vending machine comprises: a commodity storage chamber 2 inside a body cabinet 1; an inner door 20 swingably disposed so as to open and close a front opening of the commodity storage chamber 2, and having a commodity carrying-out port 23 allowing a commodity dispensed from the commodity storage chamber 2 to pass through; a commodity take-out part 33 provided in an outer door 30 for opening and closing a front opening of a body cabinet 1, storing the commodity which has passed through the commodity carrying-out port 23, and allowing the commodity to be taken out through a commodity take-out port 32 formed in the outer door 30; and a commodity take-out door 34 for opening and closing the commodity take-out port 32. The commodity take-out part 33 is formed of a top plate 331, a bottom plate 332, and a pair of side plates 333 which have respective heat insulation materials. When the outer door 30 closes the front opening of a body cabinet 1, the commodity take-out part 33 is brought into close contact with the inner door 20 and the body cabinet 1 via packings P.
