<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire clear multi-gradation color display by reducing variation of an electric characteristic of a semiconductor element. <P>SOLUTION: A part of a semiconductor layer used for a semiconductor element is used as a resistor. Concretely, a display device comprises: the semiconductor element; and a light emitting element connected electrically to the semiconductor layer included in the semiconductor element. The semiconductor layer comprises a region which can be regarded as the resistor provided between the semiconductor element and the light emitting element. Since the region which can be regarded as the resistor exists, influence of variation of an electric characteristic of the semiconductor element can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
