摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT system which is capable of capturing a sharp and high-magnification tomographic image. <P>SOLUTION: Pre-photographing is performed for photographing a phantom at a placement position on a table 2, thereafter, actual photographing is performed for photographing a sample by moving the table 2 and a detector 3 in the same manner as pre-photographing, and a tomographic image is reconstituted. A reconstitution section 10 is capable of considering the moving manner of the table 2 in capturing an actually photographed X-ray image Q. However, the table 2 is not always moved in the same manner in pre-photographing and actual photographing. Then, a marker on a rear side of the table 2 is photographed and position deviation of the table 2 incurred between pre-photographing and actual photographing is recognized from an actually photographed marker image N and a pre-marker image M.
