The invention relates to an unloading device for a processing device for processing pipes by cutting, having a catching lance which is movable in the longitudinal direction of a pipe and which is insertable into the interior of a pipe to be processed. The unloading device includes at least one vertically movable, especially roller-shaped, support element for supporting the catching lance and/or includes a vertically movable depositing surface for depositing at least one pipe portion to be severed from the pipe during processing by cutting.
