<p>The present invention discloses a method of improving electrical conductivity of PEDOTPSS comprising: providing a substrate with a PEDOTPSS film on a surface of the substrate; and heat treating the PEDOTPSS film with a fluorine-containing compound or an acid. The present invention also provides a PEDOTPSS film prepared according to the method.</p>
