The clutch (1) has a counter pressure plate (3) connected with a housing (4). A pressure plate (5) is pre-stressed to a preset operating point from a plate spring (6) by restraining friction linings (7) and rotationally, fixedly and axially displaced by leaf springs. A spindle drive (11) is non-rotatably engaged with a drive unit (19) that is accommodated at the housing. The drive unit is torque-proofly held by lifting magnets (24, 25) during not placing behind an adjusting device (10) and shifted into two shiftable rotational directions during placing behind the adjusting device.
