Disclosed is a natural plant water-based cleaning agent, prepared by mixing the following ingredients in parts by weight: limonene of 5 to 15 parts, an alkylaryl ether sulfate (Disponil AES48) of 3 to 7 parts, an alkylphenol ethoxylate (Dispersant 130) of 10 to 15 parts, an associative thickener (Thickener 3820) of 0.5 to 1 part, and deionized water of 62 to 81.5 parts. Preparation steps are: mixing the ingredients of the parts by weight, and stirring for 5 to 10 min at a temperature of 55°C to 65°C by using a high-speed disperser at a rate of 700 to 900 rpm for microemulsification.
