PURPOSE: A call completion UMB(Ultra Mobile Broadband) service providing system and a method thereof are provided to actively control the occurrence of an incomplete call according to a reception terminal state. CONSTITUTION: A call completion service server(111) receives an incomplete call notification from a mobile communication exchanger. A UMB menu server(115) receives the incomplete call notification. A dedicated transmission channel of a UMB method is formed between the UMB menu server and an originating terminal. The UMB menu server provides a list for the originating terminal through the dedicated transmission channel. The list includes an MMS(Multimedia Message Service) transmission menu, an SMS(Short Message Service) transmission menu, an incomplete call alarm UMB transmission menu, or a location transmission menu. |
