<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deterioration due to redox decomposition of an electrolyte in a lithium ion secondary battery using a positive electrode active material composed of a lithium manganese-based oxide containing lithium (Li) element and a tetravalent manganese (Mn) element and having a crystal structure belonging to a layered rock-salt structure. <P>SOLUTION: It is considered that an additive agent is oxidized before an organic solvent is oxidized on a positive electrode surface during an activation treatment and a high temperature storing by adding 2-pyrone-4,6-dicarboxylic acid in the electrolyte, and then storage capacity and recovery capacity are enhanced and increase of internal resistance is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
