<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power facility which efficiently houses a control board in a housing while improving the operability and the maintainability of a user. <P>SOLUTION: An electric power facility housing a control board in a housing 3 includes: an outer door 31 opening and closing a front surface of the housing 3; one or multiple inner doors 32 provided in the housing 3 and exposed when the outer door 31 is opened. A resistor 46 serving as a first element is disposed on a rear surface of the inner door 32, and a magnet contactor 45 serving as a second element is disposed on a rear surface plate 30c of the housing 3.
