<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid curable composition used for a resin for resist which is excellent in flexibility, and to provide a cured article thereof. <P>SOLUTION: A liquid curable composition contains a polyoxyalkylene-based polymer (A) having the number average molecular weight of 3,000 or more, which has an average of one or more substituent groups represented by the general formula (1):-Z-C(=O)-C(R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>)=CH<SB POS="POST">2</SB>(1) (wherein R<SP POS="POST">1</SP>is a hydrogen atom, or a 1-20C hydrocarbon group, and Z is a divalent organic group) in a molecule, and an initiator (B), and a cured article of the liquid curable composition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
