<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproof panel that is superior in fire resistance efficiency and also has high strength without impairing flat appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The fireproof panel A is formed by packing a core material 3 between two metal outer skins 1 and 2.
